MARCH 15, 2005
As many of you already know, we didn't get into Slamdance 2005. In my opinion the film was not ready yet but I did submit what we had and in the end, it didn't make the cut. From an artistic point of view, with only three months to editing, there really wasn't enough time to make it shine. On the flip side, from my generally optimistic point of view (read delusional), I'm completely happy to take another year to refine a cut that I, myself, I'm happy with. I will definitely submit again next year and our, semi-risqué, sometimes chauvinistic, comedy will get another shot to see the light of day (Slamdance). Not only will it be better for the effort but I have also herd Slamdance's most short lived, Lilithfair loving, documentary picking, long winded rejection letter writing programming director has moved on. From the pictures from this years festival it looks like Lady Slamdance ( Kathleen Mcinnis ) tried to turn this years party film fest into a "Lord of the Rings" convention. Not that we are going to make it in next year, but with Kathleen Mcinnis at the helm I wouldn't even want to submit.

Casting
We had some very difficult casting decisions to make. All of you did a stellar job. For those that didn't make it for this project, we will definitely keep all of you in mind for future gigs. For those of you joining our cast, you'll be happy to know that you'll be working with some spectacular people. All of us will be working hard to make sure everyone has fun and the finished product rocks.

Happy Tree Friends (www.happytreefriends.com)
Thanks to our friends at Happy Tree Friends for letting us use one of these great sick and twisted cartoons in the flick. They were also kind enough to donate to our raver girl's wardrobe. Check out their web site if you get a chance.

Special Thanks

Chrys Coulter -- Thanks for your story notes on the project and for pushing us through about seven rewrites on Judas Event. Your comments are always right on the money.

Craig Sabin -- Thanks for helping us put the final polish on our script and congratulations on signing with ICM. Hope you'll still remember us when your pulling down six figures a script.
